ONCE PROCESSED, PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR ORDER TO BE SHIPPED FROM DATE OF PURCHASE. ONCE ORDER IS SHIPPED, YOU WILL RECEIVE EMAIL CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING NUMBER.
DOMESTIC
CANADIAN ORDERS DELIVER WITHIN 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS.
INTERNATIONAL
US ORDERS DELIVER WITHIN 4-5 BUSINESS DAYS.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS DELIVER WITHIN 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS.
VANITY APPAREL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING YOUR LOCAL COUNTRY’S IMPORT DUTIES AT TIME OF DELIVERY. BY PLACING AN ORDER TO INTERNATIONAL DESTINATION, YOU CONFIRM YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY THESE FEES.
RETURNS, REFUND OR EXCHANGE
To be eligible for an exchange, item must be unworn in original packaging. In order to complete the exchange process, buyer will need to ship the item back to our warehouseat their expense.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
